Frequently asked questions
Do you take a share of my orders?
No. Customers pay you — on delivery, or by UPI to your own account. There is no commission on an order.
Can customers pay by card online?
Not yet. Today it is pay on delivery and UPI, which the merchant confirms. Card payments through your own gateway are next on the roadmap.
Does it handle GST properly?
Yes: inclusive or exclusive prices per product, any rate, the HSN code, and the GST inside each line. A printable tax invoice and the CGST/SGST split are planned.
Can I sell cement by the bag and wire by the metre?
Yes. Every product has its own unit, minimum order and step, so cement can sell in tens and cable in fives.
Is my shop on my own domain?
Yes. Until you have one it runs on a platform address you can move away from later.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Owner, administrator, manager, editor, accountant and desk are separate roles with real limits.
Can I bring in my existing product list?
Bulk import from a spreadsheet is on the roadmap. Until then we enter your first products with you.
